WHAT TYPE OF GEAR DO YOU SHOOT WITH?

I currently shoot with Canon Mirrorless R5 with a 24-70 and a Canon R6 with a 35mm lens as a secondary body.

HOW LONG WILL OUR SESSION TAKE?

I book the sessions for one hour, but I will always stay later if needed to capture the shots desired. If you have a specific list of shots you are wanting it is recommended to write them down and bring them to ensure one is not missed.

ARE RETAINERS REFUNDABLE?

As stated in your contract that is signed at time of booking, all retainers are non refundable as they secure the date on my calendar so I am unable to take other bookings at that time.

WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Life happens and I do totally understand that, please keep in mind when rescheduling I normally book 4+ weeks out. I do require a $50.00 rescheduling fee which will be added paid at time of re-booking. If you wish to cancel your session all together at this time, your retainer is non-refundable as stated in your contract.

NO SHOW - will result in no future bookings.

DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS ON WEDDING PACKAGES?

While I do not utilize afterpay or affirm at this time, I do always offer to work with my bride and groom on payments. I understand how expensive weddings can be so I do allow payments over time as long as all funds are paid no later than 7 days BEFORE your wedding.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?

I always ask you to send me ideas you have in mind for your session, when you send me these it will help me 1) pick out a location for you and 2) give you an idea of what to wear. For example if your inspo board is a field with yellow grass and the couple is wearing creams and I book your session at Hanley Farm and you show up in blues and grays, you likely feel like we did not match your inpso of what you had in mind. Please communicate as much as you would like with me about what you are wearing, the type of shoes you want to bring etc.

I now offer a style guide for all my sessions, this helps you pick a “base” color and build around it!

WHAT IS MY GALLERY TURNAROUND TIME?

While my editing turn around time varies depending on the time of year and workload I currently have taken on, I typically am 3-4 weeks for lifestyle sessions and 6-8 for weddings and elopements.

HOW LONG WILL MY GALLERY STAY ONLINE?

Your lifestyle gallery will stay online for 365 days. After 365 days the gallery will be deleted, pixieset will send you a email notifying you one week before your gallery is taken down. Please download your images upon delivery. It is recommended to download them on your computer for larger file size for printing and your mobile for web size.

I had a boudoir session, how do I ensure my privacy?

I make sure that clients galleries are locked with a password only provided to the client. I also allow clients to be able to mark photos as private within their gallery if they wish to do so. Client privacy is very important to me and I want all my clients to fee comfortable from start to finish. If you do not want images of you child published online we may also mark the gallery as private so nobody may access it without password provided to client and client only.

PLEASE download your images upon delivery. Galleries only stay up for 365 days after delivery.
